Our interior designer, co-owner, is a local Zagorian, Sofia Vasdeki, who is a social anthropologist and loves to pay attention to the slightest detail.
All our rooms are decorated with carefully chosen materials and biodegradable colours, while the views are reflected a great deal in the interior ambience. Katikia Zagori is the embodiment of the Zagorian forest and wildlife which has given our guest house its essence, rich local tradition and history.
These are some of the reasons, along with the law which dictates that no air-conditioning units are allowed to be used in any of the exterior of walls of any buildings in Zagori.
Instead, we have equipped all our rooms with ceiling fans which are environmentally friendly, silent and respect the law and the trained eye of our visitors.
It is also connected with the brave men women who were responsible for the long and extraordinary tradition of Zagori in the past centuries.
Unique mountain ambience!

Deluxe double room with balcony have a large size double bed. It is complemented by a chair made of recycled materials and a table made from local carpenters using local oak. The deluxe room has a balcony.
Room features: bathroom with shower and WC, hair dryer, mini bar, ceiling fan, and Wi-Fi.
It has two large windows (1.80x90m) which oversee the rolling hills and Mitsikeli mountain.
They are facing the south welcoming the morning sun. If you are feeling of sleeping in you can always use the shutters.
Rooms are decorated with carefully chosen, environmentally friendly materials, amongst which our oak wooden floor which predominates and gives the rooms a natural feeling. Each room is painted with eco friendly paints which give the room a unique feel with the ambient light dominating.
An excellent buffet breakfast enriched with local products and homemade pies is included in the price.
